Magdalena Kapron is a multimedia artist and printmaker based in Torun, Poland. She graduated from the Faculty of Architecture and Design at the University of Fine Arts in Poznan. Previously, she attended the Bernard Morando Fine Arts High School in Zamosc, where she specialized in woodcarving.
Kapron works with various media and constantly explores new working methods and materials. Her practice includes painting, fashion illustration, textile design, and, most recently, printmaking.
Influenced by her personal reflections and life experiences, she actively analyses diverse subjects related to nature and the human spirit. Her work delves into themes of loneliness, often evoking a sense of intimacy and an uncanny duality infused with emotional depth, exploring the intricate terrain of memory and nostalgia.
